What We Do
Before setting up the company we surveyed as many people as we could and asked them
about their print experiences. A huge proportion said they wanted something printed
but weren't sure about how to go about it, who to speak to or what a printer would
charge. Buying print seemed to be an unknown and that's what we have tried to eliminate.
We have the online calculator so you can see how much your job will cost and can take care of the design, printing, finishing and despatch of your work so
you don't need to worry about what goes in to those processes, leave it all to us.
We're happy to take a scribble on a bit of
paper and take it right through to printed material.
But whatever we say, the underlying reason for starting this business is because
we're very enthusiastic about print and want to do a lot more of it.
Equipment
We run a Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 which we have used for many years. It was one of the first of its kind imported into the UK and Heidelberg used it for
a couple of years as their demo machine. Heidelberg tell us there is an earlier
machine in the UK, imported from Holland so we can claim to have the second oldest
SM52 in the UK! Although one of the first, the machine is still an amazing piece
of kit, able to cope with anything we throw at it. The only thing that restricts
us is sheet size, we can ‘only’ print up to 520mm x 370mm sheets. Luckily that’s
big enough for pretty much all types of work so we’re happy to take on almost any
print job.
